Commercial Water Damage
Fast response is the key to minimizing the loss in water damage. Water starts to evaporate on its own if the cleanup process doesn’t start immediately. The air absorbs the evaporated water and will redistribute the moisture to other items like ceiling tiles and drywall. The result is secondary damage that can dramatically increase the claims cost.
If your business is experiencing water damage, you need a solution fast. We’ll be onsite at your property within an hour of your call to assess the damage, create a plan for water extraction and drying, and begin the water damage restoration process. If you prefer, we will dry your property after hours and remove our equipment in the morning so you can reopen. We are able to efficiently remove water from businesses and save wet items ranging from electronics to furniture, to important paper documents.
Arlington Sewage Damage Cleanup and Removal
We also offer sewage cleanup to the Arlington area. A problem with your sewer system can cause significant problems. In addition to the foul stench, an array of other problems such as fungi, viruses and other pathogens can create serious health hazards. If sewage problems remain untreated, they can cause major structural damage which can be extraordinarily expensive to repair.
It’s critical that you do not try to clean up a mess from broken pipes that are connected to a sewage line. Coming in contact with raw sewage can cause disease, can destroy your valuables and cause severe damage to your property. Only trained professionals with the right equipment should handle sewage removal. Our team of professionally certified experts have years of experience resolving various sewage cleanup and repair problems.
Steps you can take to help (if the area is safe):
- If the source of flooding is evident and safely accessible, shut off water or close window/door from which water is getting into the property.
- Remove all valuables that can be damaged.
- Remove furniture from affected area.
- Move as much off the carpet as possible. Especially objects with metal or wooded legs/supports. These items will stain the carpet when wet.
